Make sure you claim that spot! If you signed up in advance, we've got a bunk with your name on it. Get booked by the intake desk, so that we know you’re here. Note: If you’re not signed in 5 minutes before your class, you may get locked out of the studio. And you thought being on the inside was scary!
Nothing’s worse than a last minute arrival! Do yourself a favor and come to the studio 10 minutes before class starts. Be sure to let the instructor know you’re a first-timer and we’ll get you up to speed.
Unfortunately, we can only accommodate those who are on the class list. We have a one-in, one-out wait list policy. The moment someone in class cancels their reservation, we send an email to clients on the wait list starting with the first person on the list.
Drink, drink, drink! The key to a healthy body is staying hydrated. So be sure to have water before, during, and after your bootcamp.
You heard it from your mom: be sure to eat a (very) little something before you exercise. We recommend eating a light snack 45 minutes before you come in.
We don't give a shit. Just make sure it's not gonna prohibit you moving every muscle in your body!
Welcome to prison, inmate. We keep it real. Keep it basic. We've got some hydration for sale, and a locker for your stash of iPhones, Mac make up, and your post-workout Cliff bar, but their aren't locks -- that privilege is for those living on the other side of the bars.
You will sweat your ass off in class. We have a first to check-in, first to shower policy. Incentive to be on time. Just like in the joint, we do 3-minute showers - in and out, especially if there is a line.
New to ConBody? We need your info. If it's your first time to prison, you will fill out a Inmate Waiver when you arrive and confirm all of your contact information.
ConBody is a full-body workout and like any fitness routine, you may want to chat with your doctor before your first class. Also, if you’re new to ConBody or to a particular instructor, please let us know – we are happy to answer any questions.
Our motivational officers are leaders who will inspire you to push yourself, but please listen to your body and work at a pace that is comfortable for you. Stay hydrated, and refill your water bottle on your way out! If you experience any unusual or persistent symptoms after your workout, please don’t hesitate to seek medical attention.
